Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cats Apart: Logic Puzzle. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

Service Description

Cats Apart: Logic Puzzle is a mobile sudoku puzzle entertainment application that may include reward programs, promotional offers, and in-app advertising. Features, reward rules, and interface elements may be updated, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Account, Access, and Security

• You are responsible for activity on your device and within your app session
• Do not share credentials, bypass authentication, or access our systems without authorization
• Provide accurate information when requested for payouts, verification, or support
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or device

Acceptable Use Rules

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to manipulate rewards, ads, or gameplay
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code except where law permits
• Submitting fraudulent withdrawal requests or manipulated ad impressions
• Violating applicable laws or harassing other users

Rewards, Withdrawals, and PayPal

• Rewards, if offered, are promotional and subject to rules displayed in the app
• Withdrawals may require minimum balances, fraud checks, and verified PayPal payout details
• We may delay, reverse, or deny requests that appear fraudulent or inconsistent with program rules
• Processing times depend on PayPal, banking partners, compliance reviews, and regional restrictions

PayPal: Payout information is used only for withdrawal processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance — not sold for third-party marketing.

Intellectual Property

All software, visual assets, trademarks, logos, and service content in Cats Apart: Logic Puzzle are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, subject to these Terms.

Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The app may integrate advertisements, analytics, payment processors, and other third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, or practices beyond what we control.

Privacy

Your use of Cats Apart: Logic Puzzle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understand that policy.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or posed a risk to users or platform integrity. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Disclaimers

As-is service: The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No guaranteed earnings: Rewards and payouts are not wages, employment, or guaranteed income. Past promotional outcomes do not promise future results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cats Apart: Logic Puzzle, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the app, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting catsapart@outlook.com.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under local consumer protection statutes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be communicated through the app or other reasonable channels before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
